Poster Submission: We ask that by April 9, you submit a poster in pdf file and supply an audio-recorded 5-minute narrative presentation in mp3 format via email to lgbthealthworkforce@gmail.com

Helpful Information:

The above generalized template is completely editable, and is merely a suggested format, but it incorporates all of the essential elements of a research poster.  The amount of space needed for each section will vary depending on the project and the content needed in the poster.

Please include your assigned poster number on your poster in the upper left corner (see above template)

Please select colors and font sizes for your poster that do not hamper readability.

Poster size (maximum): 5 feet wide by 5 feet high . Our easels cannot accommodate larger posters

We will provide easels and push pins. Poster display location will be labeled with your assigned poster number

Please include your assigned poster number on your poster in the upper left corner (see template)

Please select colors and font sizes for your poster that do not hamper readability from a distance of six to ten

II. AT THE CONFERENCE 
  1. You are responsible for bringing your printed
  2. Please check-in at registration before hanging your
  3. If you need assistance, please go to the registration desk.
  1. Posters will be displayed throughout the day on Saturday, April 23, beginning at 9:00AM (poster must be hung by 9:00 AM). Judges will review posters throughout the day. Posters will be displayed in Room 204A of the Belter Research Building
  2. Posters will be judged by conference committee members.
