SET 1: THREE NATIONAL LEADERSHIP AWARDS to recognize entities (two individuals and one organization/institution) that have led in the development of a diverse pre-faculty workforce.  The awards highlight entities that have exhibited commitment, scholarship, and dedication to the development of a pre-faculty workforce that can drive the educational, research, and service excellence to ensure quality care for all.  Applicants should describe how their efforts, either through exceptional educational, research and/or leadership/service-related activities are innovative and can build and sustain a diverse academic workforce.

Junior Leadership Award, recognizes an individual that as a health-related graduate school trainee has led activities to promote the development of a diverse pre-faculty workforce.

Health Professional Leadership Award, recognizes an individual that as a health-related professional has led activities to promote the development of a diverse pre-faculty workforce.

Organizational/Institutional Leadership Award, recognizes a health-related organization/institution that has led activities to promote the development of a diverse pre-faculty workforce.

SET 2: PRE-FACULTY AWARDS to recognize medical students, residents, and/or fellows that exhibit exceptional early educational, research, and/or service scholarship and have strengthened their foundation to serve as a future faculty member.

The winners of the award will be notified by September 25, 2020.
